As part of my second year at LCF, I was part of a project based around the book ‘The Time Machine’ by H. G. Wells. For this project, I designed the costumes for two of the main characters, the Eloi, the innocent creatures found within this world, and the Morlock, the predators who feed on the Eloi, and I ended up choosing to create my design for the Morlock. I used this project to strengthen my skills in working with stretch fabrics, creating a bodysuit out of a white stretch jersey and using a variety of methods to embellish it.
